What Motor BYR is
An estimate and analysis tool. Scores, target offers and price ceilings are opinions derived from observed listing data. They are not appraisals, not offers, and not a guarantee that any dealer will accept any price. A ceiling is what comparable cars say the vehicle is worth — it is not a budget, and only you can set that.
What it is not
We are not a dealer, a broker, or a lender, and we do not negotiate on your behalf.
Needs counsel
Intellectual property ownership, disclaimer of implied warranties, limitation of liability, mandatory individual arbitration and class-action waiver, governing law, user conduct boundaries, and account termination. Drafts are in the legal package.
