What we store about you
An account holds your email address and your access tier. If you use the product we also store: cars you save, searches you save, alerts generated for you, quotes you upload to the out-the-door analyzer, score disputes you raise, sold-report requests, referral links between accounts, and a record of checkout orders. We do not fingerprint your device or your browser, and we do not track you across other sites. Limits on free analyses are counted against your account, not against your hardware.
What we do not store
We do not store a credit score you type into a calculator. It is used in the page and never sent to us or written to storage.
Deleting all of it
Account, then Delete account. This immediately deletes your profile, saved cars, saved searches, alerts, uploaded quotes, disputes, sold-report requests, referral links and your sign-in. It cannot be undone. Two things deliberately survive it. Order records are kept for tax and fraud purposes with your identity removed, so they carry no personal data afterwards. And our authentication provider keeps its own security log of sign-in attempts — the date, the IP address and the email address used. That log sits outside the delete and we do not erase it today; a retention period for it is one of the items still to be set, below.
Vehicle and dealer data
Listing, pricing and dealer information comes from a licensed data provider. It is about vehicles and businesses, not about you.
Needs counsel
Third-party analytics disclosure, GDPR and CCPA rights and how to exercise them, international transfer, refund terms and the termination procedure. Retention periods are still to be set for every category — including the authentication security log described above — and California law requires us to publish them before we collect from you. Drafts are in the legal package; none is in force until reviewed.
